Memorial Day Weekend.  This Memorial Day weekend, we're doing things a little differently.  On Saturday, we're creating some very special experiences with private seatings at 11 am and 2 pm for groups sized four to eight people in various locations around the winery - the tower room, one of our wine caves, our new fermentation room and chef's garden. $25 for club members; $75 non-club guests. Reservations are required.

Also on Saturday, we're hosting communal tastings in our dining room at 11 am and 2 pm. Everyone is welcome with reservations. Complimentary for wine club members; $35 for non-club guests.  To make reservations, call Amy Griffith at 503.538.3652 ext 128 or email at agriffith@adelsheim.com.

Bounty of Yamhill County (BOYC). The Bounty of Yamhill County(BOYC) is an annual summer celebration of the wineries, farms and chefs that contribute to the Oregon region's world-class reputation.  Tickets will be available online with and proceeds benefiting the Yamhill Enrichment Society (YES).  First held in 2012, the three-day festival has established itself among the country's best food festivals in just three short years.

Friday will include “Welcome Dinners” with winemakers in Newberg and McMinnville. Saturday offers a day of artisan producer tours and lunches at Even Pull Farm, Oregon Barrel Works, Maysara and Kookoolan Farms followed by lunch at Stoller Family Estates.  In the evening, Adelsheim Vineyard, WillaKenzie Estate and Erath Winery host dinners.

Sunday offers an afternoon of custom classes and experiences, including an herb wreath class at Red Ridge Farms, plein air painting with Currents Gallery at Winter's Hill Vineyard, a Willamette River paddle with an Argyle Winery picnic, and a food and wine pairing class with Wine Country Cooking Studio and Dobbes Family Estate.  Sunday evening, the festival draws to a close with an al fresco dining feast at Sokol Blosser Winery, featuring 20 chef, farmer and wine pairings.

Reservations are required for all events, and ticket prices range from $75 to $150 and a BOYC 'All In' Package is $450 for all five events ($100 savings).

Whale of a Wine Fest.  Be sure to mark your calendars for Gold Beach's "Whale of a Wine Fest".  This event will be held at the Event Center on the Beach in Gold Beach Oregon.  Admission includes entry to the festival, a wine glass and tastings.  There will be artisan and gourmet foods, wineries, breweries and vendors showing their wares.  To add to the fun they will have music with dancing in the evening.  A special raffle is being held with the winner reaping the $5000 prize.  Only 1000 tickets will be sold for $15 each in advance and at the event.
