A Culinary Exploration of the Art of Food & Wine Pairing.  The VinoLab is a small not-so-secret society at Troon Vineyard that focuses on isolating the yummies that work well together. Team Troon spends long arduous hours painstakingly evaluating specific foods and wines to bring to you the best possible pairings. We feature these concepts throughout the year in our various events and during the summer months (May to September) on the weekends with paired wine flights.
