Red Wine and Chocolate: Olympic Peninsula Winery Tour The Olympic Peninsula Wineries are taking the quintessential pairing of red wine & chocolate to new heights this year, featuring a host of never imagined sweet and savory combinations during the annual Red Wine & Chocolate Tour.

Tickets may be purchased at participating wineries during the event, on a first come basis.  The $30 ticket and glass package entitles you to a special commemorative wine glass, complimentary wine tasting at all nine Olympic Peninsula Wineries and delectable samples of chocolate at each stop during the Red Wine & Chocolate Weekends.  Travel from winery to winery, visiting the ones you are interested in or exploring all nine locations.  Tickets are not required to attend this event.  A $5 wine tasting fee will be charged at each winery for non-ticketed visitors.  You must be 21 or over to purchase tickets and/or participate in wine tasting.  All ticket sales are non-refundable.

The Olympic Peninsula Wineries encourage responsible wine touring and recommend that you have a designated driver in your group.  Designated Drivers are invited to enjoy chocolate samples at each winery.

Northwest Wine and Cheese Tour.  From new release fruit wines and ciders to locally-made artisan cheeses to Garden Minestrone Soup and Northwest Foccacia, the Olympic Peninsula Wineries’ Northwest Wine & Cheese Tour will treat your taste buds to a realm of seasonal delights.  Nine wineries located between Chimacum and Port Angeles will partner with local cheese-makers to create unique pairings that signify the flavors of the region, complemented by tasty tidbits prepared by local culinary talent.  There will also be wine specials available throughout the weekend.

Tickets are $30 per person and includes a special commemorative wine glass, complimentary wine tasting at all nine OPW Wineries and delectable samples of cheese at each winery during the NW Wine & Cheese Weekend.  This event does not take place at one location.  You travel from winery to winery, visiting the ones you are interested in exploring.  Tickets are not required to attend this event.  A $5 wine tasting fee will be charged at each winery for non-ticketed visitors.  You must be 21 or over to purchase tickets and/or participate in wine tasting.  All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Lake Chelan Winterfest.  The Lake Chelan Winterfest Festival has been a community favorite for nearly 30 years.  It started back in the 80’s and was put on by the Lake Chelan Recreation Foundation.  Over the years, it has grown in size but has been able to retain its small town charm.  The Winterfest Festival is a barrel of fun for everyone; a true event for the whole family.  This Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce event is filled with incredible ice sculptures, live music, wine tasting, ale tasting, activities for kids of all ages, a polar bear splash, massive beach bonfire, spectacular fireworks show and much more.
