Wine tasting tickets can be purchased in advance for $15 and $20 the day of event.  Advance tickets can be purchased online or at participating businesses.  Tickets include 5 tastes and a custom wine glass.

OysterFest.  Oysters, wines, microbrews, live music and so much more come together for two days every year on the first weekend in October.  Hosted by the Shelton Skookum Rotary Club Foundation and attended by thousands, OysterFest is home to the West Coast Oyster Shucking Championships and is Washington State’s official seafood festival.

The festival also features a popular cook-off, hands-on water quality exhibits, and is itself a giant food pavilion with nearly 100 unique items on the menu all things oyster and seafood.  Better yet, your culinary adventure supports about 100 local non-profit service clubs and organizations, as well as funding scholarships and local community improvement projects.

In the spirit of fun, the Harvest Wine Tour is B.Y.O.G. (Bring Your Own Glass).  Tickets for the self-guided tour are available for purchase at participating wineries for $30. Independently, each winery charges a $5 tasting fee.   Children are permitted in the tasting rooms, however visitors must be 21 years old to purchase a ticket and participate in wine tasting.  Tour-goers who get their ticket stamped at all seven wineries are eligible to enter a drawing for a wine-themed gift basket.

Catch the Crush.  Yakima and Tri Cities wineries celebrate the harvest at the Annual Catch the Crush event.  Each winery offers its own celebratory events, including grape stomps, harvest and crush activities, tours, free-run juice, hors d'oeuvres, live music, and of course. . .wine tasting.

Purchase your PREMIER PASS and enjoy exclusive benefits available only during this event weekend.  PREMIER PASS holders will be able to experience a variety of specialty Catch the Crush pairings, library tastings, and tours not available to the public.

Don’t forget a jacket, a good pair of shoes as well as your favorite tasting glass. Wineries can't provide enough glasses during event weekends so please bring one from home or purchase one at your first stop. Make sure to bring your photo I.D. and a designated driver!
