Pre-Barrel Tasting at Tucannon Cellars. Is Spring Barrel Tasting too hectic for you? Do you still want to sample out of the barrel? Then Pre-Barrel is for you! We are offering an early head-start to beat the crowds the following weekend. Premier Pass Holders and Tucannon Clubbers will get the opportunity to taste our 2015 Candy Mountain and Alder Ridge Syrah in addition to our typical tasting. We will also be making our signature wood-fired pizzas on Saturday from 12:00 - 5:00, as well as providing barrel room tours and vineyard tours all weekend long. Wine Down & Paint. Join us in Sugar Pine Barn as we learn to paint some beautiful spring flowers! Visual Arts Educator Beverly Beierle will be guiding us through every stroke as we create our own masterpieces. The event will take place in our event center, Sugar Pine Barn. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be provided, as well as all painting supplies & canvas, while wine and wine flights will be available separately for purchase. This event is limited to 25 seats. Guests are asked to show up at 5:30 to enjoy wine, snacks, and company, while the painting instruction will begin at 6:00.

Terra Blanca Estate Vineyard Tour & Hike (Red Mountain).   Meet the 2014 vintage in its infancy and follow it to harvest with guided walks through Terra Blanca’s estate vineyards.  The guided walk will showcase how grapes progress from vine to bottle.  Go behind-the-scenes to see the estate vineyard and learn about the barrel caves – the oldest and largest caves in Washington.  Tour content changes from season to season and groups are limited to 16 people per tour.  Tours cost $15, please call 509-588-6082 ext. 104 or email events@terrablanca.com for reservations. Brushes and a Bottle. Grab a couple friends and your creativity, and we'll take care of the rest. I you have never put a brush to canvas, or if you are an experienced artist, you will have an amazing time creating a work of art while enjoying great wine. Most people who take the classes have never painted before. Great for team building, birthdays, children's classes and parties, bachelorette parties, fundraisers, girls night out, date night and much more.
