Columbia Winery Charity Run and Walk.  Benefiting uncompensated care at Seattle Children’s Hospital and offers a 10 K run, 5 K run or walk and a Kids Dash all at the Columbia Winery.  Entry Fees are $25 (April 1-30), $35 (May 1-June 30), $40 (July 1-August 17), $45 Day of Race. Woodinville-to-Redmond Wine & Beer Country Half Marathon.  This scenic 13.1 mile course starts among the vineyards at historic Chateau Ste. Michelle and winds through the valley, bounded by the cities of Redmond to the south and Bothell to the north.  You’ll pass the four unique districts that comprise Woodinville Wine Country and finish alongside the Sammamish River for their trademark Wine + Music Festival featuring fabulous wines, locally crafted microbrews, and so much more. Local artists feature work in Columbia Winery Tasting Room.  Columbia Winery’s beautifully refreshed Woodinville tasting room now includes a 50-foot expanse of wall space devoted to showcasing the work of renowned Northwest artists using a variety of media - paint, sculpture, photography, or other.  All artwork will be for sale on site with all profits going to the artists.  Gallery exhibits will be changed the first Friday of each quarter – January, April, July and October - with a new collection of artwork by another group of artists being featured.   Each time the exhibits change, a “Come meet the Artists” event will be hosted in the winery’s tasting room.  Watch for the details of these Meet and Greet in the chronological Woodinville Calendar section above or call the winery for details at 425-488-2776 or 425-205-4394.  The Gallery exhibits can be viewed seven days a week from 11 am to 6 pm in the Columbia Winery Tasting Room.  Free admission.
