Oregon Chardonnay is a blend of approximately 1/2 tank-fermented
and 1/2 barrel-fermented Chardonnay. The barrel
fermentation brings a rich, soft creamy structure while the tank
fermented portion brings balance, youthfulness and a touch of
austerity. Our 2005 Oregon Chardonnay has aromas of citrus
and cream. A soft palate of lemon and almonds leads to a
long finish. Serve medium cold (50°F) with chicken, fish
and pastas.
