Hwy 97 Bridge Closure at Biggs         U.S. Hwy 97 bridge at Biggs in the eastern Columbia River Gorge is being repaired; it is currently closed again until early 2009, probably some time in January.  Use U.S. Hwy 197 bridge at The Dalles, OR, about 20 miles to the west.
