Grape Escape touring options

       No two tours are the same with Grape Escape, but most small groups range in size from eight to twelve people and most include visits to two or three wineries.  Customers enjoy the comfort, ride and views that Grape Escape's luxury vans provide as they traverse the scenic, sometimes rugged, Oregon Wine Country.  If your group is larger, a second "Vimo" is provided or even a third... or more, for extra large groups - all the way up to 60.  Customers enjoy this approach for groups of varying sizes; they receive a more personalized experience, while being able to visit with the entire group at each winery.  Even larger groups can arrange for an appropriate-size vehicle that works for them and for the wineries visited that day.  Either way, Grape Escape handles all the details so you can relax and experience wine country in comfort.

Grape Escape tour packages fall into two basic categories:

• Personalized Private Tours.  Crafted to fit you and your group's interests.

• Joinable Public Tours.  A great way to experience wine country with others.

Personalized Private Tours

       Lots of options here. Grape Escape's Private Tours are personalized for you and your group according to the tour package you select and the number of guests in your group. Tour packages include:

• Mini-Scape: Two-Winery Outing - 5 hours

• Half Day Escape: Three-Winery Outing - 6 hours

• Full Day Escape - 7 hours

You'll find all Grape Escape private tours can be further enhanced by the inclusion of additional touring and tasting options, and a selection of wineries matched to you and your group.

       Whichever Private Tour package you choose, you can further customize it by your choice of three different Tasting Options:

1. Grape - Our most popular choice offering a wide array of wineries from small to large, well known to emerging wineries off the beaten path, offering mid-level to high-end wines;

2. Grape-r - Similar to the Grape option but offering a bit more. This level includes an elevated tasting at one of the wineries, a private appointment at a high-end boutique winery or a visit to a premiere winery not on the Grape level;

3. Grape-est - The ultimate day of wine touring for avid wine lovers who seek elevated or sit-down tastings, visits to signature wineries, or access to highly regarded boutique wineries offering limited production wines.

 Joinable Public Tours

        If you want to consider joining a tour already scheduled, be sure to look at Grape Escape's Joinable Public Tours departing from downtown Portland most Saturdays. These tours are designed for small groups and are guided by expert hosts - a great way to experience and learn about wine country with other interested people.  You'll visit three different wineries and taste through a wide array of wines; food is paired with the wines you taste, so there's no need to bring a lunch... and you'll never pay a tasting fee.

Dinner Escapes - 5 - 7 hours

       Complement your wine country afternoon with an elegant wine dinner. We’ll visit a winery handpicked for you, then end your day with dinner matched with wine at a winery or noted restaurant. Add another winery upfront to extend your day for a nominal fee. 

Corporate & Private Events and Custom Escapes:
