       Voted among the 50 best small-town main streets, tiny McMinnville, Oregon (population 33,000) historic downtown is located in the center of one of the Pacific Northwest's best-known wine regions... the Willamette Valley AVA. Even the 2nd floors of the Odd Fellows Lodge built in 1909 and the McMinnville Bank (1895) have been lavishly reborn into the 11 luxurious in-town suites of 3rd Street Flats.
